Daily Musing April 8, 2010
Good evening BTCBers,
I have a few local announcements for you. Let me know which you do and how the events were.
Meg
1. The MontCo Sestak office is officially opened and Nate Kleinman will be back to cover the office starting Saturday. If you can bring in your cell phones and phone bank (it is free on the weekends), please join Nate.
2. Dear Friends of the Breathing Room,
Please volunteer for the Breathing Room. One of the service areas that interested you on the Volunteer Database Form was Transportation. One of our Breathing Room recipients, Michael, lives in Elkins Park and requires transportation to chemo atAbington Hospital. He needs to be at Abington Hospital by 9 AM on Monday, April 12 and then returned home again around 2:00 or 2:30. This chemo appointment is scheduled for every other week.
Please let me know if you are able to assist Michael with his treatment. It could be a one time commitment or on an ongoing basis.
Thank you very much for supporting our Breathing Room Families!

3. Thank you for your ongoing support regarding Josh Fattal's detention in Iran. To mark 250 days in detention, we will be holding a peaceful vigil this Sunday, April 11 at 1pm at Curtis Arboretum. A flyer with all the details is attached and we'd greatly appreciate you spreading the word to your friends and neighbors.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
All best,
Leigh Goldenberg
